Available Spaces

Pinon Room: Is the largest space available at 3600 sf (60' X 60'). Ceiling height is IO' to the beam and 13' to the highest point. Multiple wedding configurations are possible including space for an altar, seating, banquet, dance floor, and DJ. Built-in sound system. Multiple meeting configurations possible.

Grace's Room: A smaller room for meetings, a more  intimate wedding space or bridal preparation with access to the courtyard. It is approximate 25' X 25' room with a ceiling height of 8'. Includes a coffee bar and sink, floor-length   mirror, an 80 inch screen for presentations and Wi-Fi access.

Library: A 10' X 12' meeting room perfect for a small meeting of 6-8 people. Can double as a place for groomsmen to gather prior to the ceremony.

Kitchen: Full-size kitchen including a double oven, 4 gas burners, refrigerator/freezer, and double sinks. Plenty of counter space for food preparation. Has a pass thru window to the Pinon room for food or bar service.

Prep Area: Comprised of two areas. First, a long rectangular area approximately 50' X 20' with counters on both sides and four sinks. A perfect staging area for any equipment or materials for the event. Second, work area has  access to the fenced parking area making it easy for vendors to unload supplies for the event.

Garden Area: Available during the growing season from April 15th — October 15th. Fabulous background for events or photo shoot. Chairs/tables suitable for outdoor grass area will need to be rented from a separate vendor of the renter's choice.
